Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and onboard carriers to expand our network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers through consistent communication
- Research, negotiate, and secure competitive market rates
- Monitor market trends and seasonality to support effective decision-making and service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure shipments are covered with the most efficient solutions
- Respond quickly to issues and make sound, timely decisions
- Provide superior customer service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Work Experience and Background Requirements
- Logistics experienced preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making ability and judgment
- Positive and energetic team player
- Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
